DVD – Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth

Our easy-to-follow DVD includes two routines – specifically designed for mums-to-be. The exercises will help ease symptoms of pregnancy and prepare you for childbirth. There is also a guided relaxation and a section birthing positions, how to breathe through contractions, and labour massage techniques for your partner to learn!

 

Relaxation CDs

Both CDs run for 65 minutes and feature music by world-renowned recording artist Ian Cameron-Smith. They include an introduction and three guided relaxations – perfect to help you prepare your mind and body for labour and a wonderful way to bond with your newborn. The post-natal CD will help promote restful sleep at night – for both you and bub. It will also energise and revitalise you during the day.
